 Diagnostics does not mean that the vehicle will be serviced and ready for pick up on the same day. We ask all customers to please call us at 931-837-3835 to schedule a diagnostic appointment, after the diagnostic appointment is completed, then, an estimate of repair work will be provided. If the customer agrees to repair work, a repair order appointment will be scheduled. Please keep in mind, if the customer is providing their own parts or supplies, tell the mechanic BEFORE leaving the office. (Gulla Automotive prefers to supply the parts as this gives "YOU" the customer a warranty on repair work 2-YEAR 24,000 MILE) Our labor will NOT be warranteed against used parts or parts supplied by customer. Gulla Automotive DOES NOT search the vehicles for personal belongings, products or repair work supplies. This information HAS TO BE brought to the mechanics attention BEFORE the repair work begins. Several circumstances occur, parts/supplies are not able to be delivered on time. (Gulla Automotive does not have control on when parts/supplies arrive.), jobs overlap due to taking longer than expected, unexpected issues develop, etc.The mechanics work to their best abilities in a timely manner, it is not our desire to hold a customer's vehicle longer than needed.
