 POLICY NOTICES 

 

  • We do not offer payment plans, all repair/work order balance(s) are due in full at time of pick up.

  • Customers can apply for Car Care Credit, offered through Synchrony Bank, and ask the front desk for details.

  • Customers have 48 hours to pick up the vehicle after being notified it is ready to be paid for and picked up.

  •  If a customer fails to pick up the vehicle after 48 hours of being notified, a $30 storage fee will be added onto the repair/work order for each additional day the vehicle is not picked up. No exceptions.

  • Costs of parts may be required upfront

  • If the repair/work order exceeds over $500, the customer will be asked to sign the repair/work order to acknowledge the cost of repairs.

  • If the repair/work order exceeds over $1,500, the customer will be asked to sign a copy of the repair/work order to acknowledge the cost of repairs. (Possibly in addition to paying half of the repair/work order upfront.)

  • There will be a $50 fee for all returned checks.

  • A diagnostic appointment DOES NOT MEAN the issue will be fixed on the same day as the diagnostic appointment, this depends solely on the schedule for that day. Otherwise, another appointment will be made for those repairs.

  • Estimates are not guaranteed to be made the same day of request. Estimates can take up to 48 hours, depending on work demand.

  • If a customer is 15 minutes late for an appointment, they will be asked to reschedule at the next available date and time. No exceptions.

  • If a customer is late for appointment(s), a no-show/no-call  more than twice, they will be asked to take their business elsewhere. Due to our high demand, we run on a tight schedule, we value our customers and their time. Please be respectful because we can not waste the customer’s time or ours.

  • Customers are not permitted to enter into the shop work area, due to insurance policy purposes.
